We wanted to take this time to make sure you had our deepest thanks in writing. Last spring a mutual friend and a previous client of yours mentioned your name to Cathy and I. Living in California can take its toll on manners and civility and my first attempt at contacting you was a great example. But my intentions were pure and you responded well.

Thus began our journey together down the ?road of a new home purchase?. Cathy and I really didn?t know what to expect other than you being very sweet and polite. Being 2500 miles away and conducting a real estate transaction presented a few issues. We really appreciated the way you coordinated this transaction like you were buying your own home. If we had any concerns regarding your negotiating tenacity, sales experience, or attention to detail they were completely erased once we observed you representing our wants and needs to the builder. You also managed to bring Cathy and me along this journey with you, by your side, even though I was here and she was across the country. You dealt with our peculiar issues, needs, and idiosyncrasies and always made us feel empowered during our many decisions. Even though you were busy with many other clients we always felt like we had your undivided attention. It has been such a pleasure to get to know you and we will continue to refer anyone we know to you in the future.

We started out needing a realtor to buy a home and instead we found a friend that guided us along an incredible and sometimes irritating road to our new home. Thanks for teaching us so much. Our door is always open to you and your family.
